How do I pay you? What is your wallet address?

How do I know my crypto transaction went through?
Well, that depends on the Wallet you are using to send to us. You should be able to view all of your transactions natively on your Wallet. We use, and highly recommend, Trust Wallet. As you may know, most blockchains are congested, and unless you pay additional fees, it could take anywhere from three to seven days for some currencies to transfer. We will send tracking notifications as soon as the payments post on our end, and you can monitor it from there.

What about refunds, can you still process them?
There should be no reason we could not process a refund via crypto. However, due to market volatility, you will be receiving your cash value, not the exact amount of crypto originally sent.
