How soon do I need to file for a return / replacement?
You have 14 days (from when tracking shows your order as being delivered) to contact us for a refund/replacement. You must return the item(s) in question in order to process your request.

How do I return my order
& who pays for shipping?
Return shipping is free for domestic US customers. If you opt for a replacement, your new item(s) will also ship free of charge (in cont. US). If you opt for a refund, we will issue a refund through PayPal. We will process your return as soon as we receive your returned item(s).

Where do I ship my return?
We will e-mail you a shipping label once your return has been processed.

How long does it take
to receive my refund?
Refunds generally take between 3-5 business days. They can take up to 30 days depending on your specific payment method. PayPal will either credit your account, or send the funds back to the credit/debit card you used. For more information, check PayPal's official Help Center.
