How soon do I need to file for a return / replacement?

You have 14 days (from when tracking shows your order as being delivered) to contact us for a refund/replacement. You must return the item(s) in question in order to process your request.

How do I return my order  

& who pays for shipping?

Return shipping is free for domestic US customers. If you opt for a replacement, your new item(s) will also ship free of charge (in cont. US). If you opt for a refund, we will issue a refund through PayPal. We will process your return as soon as we receive your returned item(s).

Where do I ship my return?

We will e-mail you a shipping label once your return has been processed.

How long does it take

to receive my refund?

Refunds generally take between 3-5 business days. They can take up to 30 days depending on your specific payment method. PayPal will either credit your account, or send the funds back to the credit/debit card you used. For more information, check PayPal's official Help Center

In the event your AmiiBro NFC Tokens arrive damaged or are not working for some reason,
you are entitled to a free return / replacement of your order (free shipping is not guaranteed).
